Use this tool to identify the most important areas of your life and write each one in a segment of the wheel. For example this could include; partner/intimacy, friends/social life, family, career/work, health, finances, hobbies etc.. Then rate each area for how truly satisfied you are, 0 being totally unsatisfied and 10 being totally satisfied. Then join up the lines and see how balanced or eitherwise your wheel looks. This is great exercise to get you thinking and identifying your current levels of satisfaction in your life.
