Personal Development & Life Coach

About Karen

My name is Karen Leafe, I am extremely passionate about coaching and the great difference it will make to your life. I have many years’ of experience in coaching and helping people to successfully reach their goals, whatever their circumstances. I have always been fascinated about how we develop our personal potential. I started my personal growth journey in my late teens as a Volunteer Youth Leader and discovered that my passion lies in empowering individuals to nurture their own talents and passions.

Alongside being a Life Coach, I currently work part-time at Somerset County Council as a Parent & Family Support Adviser, coaching families and children with challenging family circumstances to thrive. My other professionals roles have included; Trainer, Mentor and Coach; Somerset County Council employees and Volunteer Teams, Team Leader for a Family and Adolescent Support Service, running Parenting Training and Support Groups and Youth Worker for numerous Community and Education projects.

As a fully qualified Strategic Intervention Coach, I have studied and graduated at the Robbins-Madanes Institution with some of the best teachers in the world today, including Tony Robbins and Cloe Madanes. These Coaching methods are based on the motivations and drivers of our behaviours, identifying the quickest and most effective ways to make the changes you desire.
